Remove Lesabre Door Panel

Take the key out of the ignition.

Remove lesabre door panel.

Pry off power window switch panel and remove door panel screw at this area. There are 7 clips that hold the panel to the door frame and 2. If a spring clip is visible trim panel is late production. If a spring clip is visible trim panel is late.

Now inside the door there are two screws one there and one right there. Open the door from which you want to remove the door panel. Take off the small v shaped piece of plastic covering the area where the outside. Then back here on your reflector just kind of pull there and pry it out. Use spring clip remover j38778 to release fastener at top of shark fin. Remove plastic cover at door handle. Park the car safely positioned on level ground.

Right here pry the front very lightly pull that out like that and then again there is a little tab right here. Remove door panel screw at this area. Pull it out and try not to drop that. The tools you ll need are a phillips screwdriver a flat blade screwdriver and a putty knife.

Insert screwdriver behind front edge of inside door handle bezel and gently remove bezel. Pry off interior triangular plastic trim piece inside of door at mirror area. Removing and reinstalling the door panel might take you more than half an hour although the process is quite simple. Look down into bezel opening in door trim panel.
