Do not leave the door unattended after this point.
Remove sliding wooden door from track.
Once the door is completely loose from the frame set it aside somewhere safe such as against the side of the house or lying flat on a work bench.
Once you remove all the screws lift the door up and make sure that it is completely removed from the bottom track of the door frame.
Slide the door fully open and remove the head stop by backing out its screws.
Step 3 remove the stationary panel.
The door guide is usually located in the center of the doors.
Then angle the door towards you and pull gently detaching the door from its top track.
Without a stop it can fall.
The upper groove is usually deep enough to allow you to raise the door enough to clear the bottom track.

Next carefully lift the door up at a slight angle to remove the bottom rollers from the track.
In order to remove the sliding one effectively lift it upwards into the upper track and ask a helper to push the bottom gently and carefully toward you.
Lift up to disengage the rollers from the top track and pull the door out.

Open the folding door so that you can grasp both halves of the hinged door together like a sandwich.
Repeat this same process with the remaining door.

The door should slide right out of the top track once you ve freed it from the bottom track.
To make space to maneuver it you will loosen the brackets on the back.
Use the philips or flathead screwdriver to loosen each screw on the brackets at the top of your door.
Remove the outside closet door by first sliding the door to the center of the track.
Keep lowering the panel until it is completely out of the upper track and free.
Reach up to the top pivot bracket and release the locking lever if there is one.
Slide the outermost door to the center of the cabinet grasp the edges and lift.
Remove the door by pulling it out of the top track of the door frame.
Begin by grasping the door closest to you.
Sliding patio doors have two separate units namely the sliding door panel and the stationary panel.
Then tilt it slightly with help and remove it from the upper track of the door frame as well.
Unscrew the brackets on the top of your doors to loosen them.
