Not ringing your existing internal doorbell correctly.
Ring doorbell motion alerts not working.
Doorbell button presses are considered separate events from motion events.
In the ring app go to your device settings and make sure the switches for both ring alerts and motion alerts are set to the blue on position.
For example if you activate notifications on your phone they will not be automatically activated on your tablet.
I can still do live view but not see any recordings.

Motion snooze is not available when motion alerts are turned off in the ring app.
If you are not receiving notifications for your motion alerts try the steps below.
Tap the three lines on the top left of the dashboard screen.
To check the voltage of your ring pro open the ring app select your ring pro and tap device health.
If i disable or turn off the camera s motion detection on my doorbell will i still receive chime announcements when the doorbell is pressed.
They are not queued for future retrieval and the notifications do not have to be cleared.
