Ring Pro Light Not Spinning

Support eventually said my ring pro was defective and to order a replacement.

Since then i have replaced my transformer doorbell chime to a compatible one listed on their site and even replaced the ring pro with another one and i m still getting the same exact issue rapidly spinning white circle. Reset your router by unplugging it for a few then plug it back in.
