Removing door panels 2003 silverado.

Remove the wiring harness from your heated side mirror. Remove the 10mm bolt inside the door handle. Step 7 remove the retaining screw beneath the door pull handle with the socket wrench or ratchet. Remove the two 10mm bolts inside the door pull.

Remove the upper door handles. Release the upper extension by pulling outward on the front edge in order to release the upper retainer clips. Reverse the process to install. Be sure to lift the door panel up when ready to remove.

Use a 7 mm socket wrench or a ratchet extension and 7 mm socket. The window switch prys up. Remove the upper extension from the trim panel by lifting up and out. The door handlesurround prys off.

Just pop the panel off the door with it still switches still attached to the panel. Locate and remove the door panel retaining screw underneath the rear of the window control module cavity.

Pry off the trim piece inside the door handle with a flat blade screwdriver.
